Horrible Place to live!!

This place is okay for price. I had planned to stay here until I could afford to buy a house. This is no longer the case I need to move asap!!!! The so called manager that lives in the complex, can't do anything you either have to go to Tigard or call the Property owner if you need something done. You need to mail in a maintenance form to Tigard or drop it off, but it takes them 3 weeks or even longer to get back to you, and that's if they even get back to you. The complex is always dirty, with garbage everywhere. If something breaks it doesn't get fixed. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! The price you pay is not worth all the things wrong with this place, mostly the property owner! You will regret living here..
