Apartment Reviews for Aloha Crest - Beaverton

Havent yet visited these apartments and, solely due to the price, I'm sure I won't be extremely impressed. But, had to comment... It is somewhat clear that the one 5 star review was written by someone with affiliation with the property, but even more ignorantly obvious, every single one of the one star reviews were no doubtly written by the same person. Probably a bad tenant who was treated as they were, a bad tenant. Good Lord, take a valium and move already.

Do you like mold?
Do you like lazy managers?
Do you like never being able to use the laundry room?
Do you like filthy pools?
Do you like never getting your maintenance requests taken care of?
Do you like rude owners?

Then these apartments are for you! They are the nastiest apartments. My family hated coming over. The mold is disgusting. They ignore your maintenance requests and then after they have gone on and on they will charge you for the damages. The assistant managers are lazy as ****. They pay the kids to do their job. Rene just stares at you smiling saying and talks about the owners saying how crappy they treat the tenants, but he doesn't care either. They are untrustworthy. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE

They Never fixes any thing and when u move out they charge you for things they don't fix. Trash every were all the time, pool is dirty and makes people and kids sick, and the owners are Selfish and dont care for their tenants and there is mold all the time. In the apartment and they blame the tenants for the mold!!!I rather live under a bridge then live at Aloha Crest Apartment in Aloha Oregon!!! Beware!!!! U will Regrate Moveing in these Apartments...

Nice small complex, only 32 units, which is hard to find! They have an outdoor summer pool, with a nice deck and tables and chairs, our unit has a washer and dryer in the unit, which I love, and the mailboxes are inside the laundry facilities. Which is great in the winter! Assigned parking, two spaces came with our two bedroom, but what I wanted to comment on was the manager. Rene is so nice, and we had some trouble with our neighbors, who brought a pit bull onto the property shortly after we moved in, and I was terrified. Rene got ahold of the owners, and I guess they got their lawyer, but those people with the pitbull were gone in less than 2 weeks. Somebody who cares.
