Apartment Review for Highland Hills

I currently live at highland hills apts and the apartments are OKAY but THANKS to the New maintenence man Martin the place is getting much needed repairs done the right way not half assed like prior staff.. Martin is Polite & a great addition to this place now if they could get a compatent manager instead of the scatter brain they have now this place would be even better....
