Apartment Review for St Mary's Woods

We had a 9 month lease you dont really expect any thing to horrible to happen in 9 months but here it did.
They have dumby security cameras above the trash cans which hasn't stopped any of the vandilism. Our car was broken into twice, First they stole the stero, we complained and they said the had secuirty guards watching , then we had our gas syfined. I honestly dont feel safe there.
When our refrindgerator started leaking we called them and they said some one would be there between 1 and 2 we were there all day waiting no one ever showed so we called them again and they said the would someone right away and that they should be there in 10 minutes, we waited 4 hours and the we ran to the store for five minutes and when we came back, he had come in and finished the work, They will only do maintence when you are not there, and they will wait all day until you leave, Im sorry but I do not feel comfortable with people being in my house when Im not there.
And for the noise problem.
We lived in the second story which is the worst you get it from all side, our upstairs neighbor played extremly loud rock music all night, he didn't work and would stay up all night. We had to call the police when they showed up he was drunk and passed out on his porch. We had to call them several times and we tried reporting him to St Marys staff and they did nothing. Horrible Horrible place to live
