i love my cathedral ceilings the architecture in and out is great you have a view -you cant see into other peoples apartments the trees are placed just right for privacy but not too close for great sun still. they have large picture windows a cute breakfast bar and the rooms are decent .the interior is your basic 90s look but make sure you see your unit before you rent it. i was told all new carpets and laminate would be in mine since the previous owner had lived there 11 years with a small male dog. imagine my shock to pull up in my moving truck sign the papers and walk into matted stained worn down fraying old man and dog smelling carpet. they said well we shampooed it twice. needless to say i was upset. the unit was not clean had cobwebs and mold and the toilets and floor and tubs needed serious work the windowsills have badly done patch jobs to hide his dogs bite marks ,....i cleaned it myself again they said they'd fix the blinds and the sinks and other such things also finish the paint job they did so poorly. once i sanitized and contact papered everywhere i didnt want the intrusion of the dirt the maintenance men would bring to my newly cleaned place. so i opted to live with broken blinds weird sinks half painted 2nd layers etc. ive decorated it and if you ignore the carpet it is cute. the community and neighbors are great and safe the only thing is the night patrol wont help you between 5 am and the open of the office so when and yes this will happen to you ... some jerks car alarm is going off every ten minutes for three hours you will need to deal with it because they wont help you after 5. the two pools are great i have yet to use the cabanna but it looks nice. overall... nice place good rates SEE YOUR UNIT FIRST THOUGH!~
