Considering this apartment building is situated so conveniently, I think it's a great value. I've lived here for several years, and I'd say it's probably the best place I've ever rented. I just live in one of the small studios, and it's perfect for me. I've got my own full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. Both building and neighborhood are very quiet, the management is friendly, and it's right on the bus-line so I can get anywhere in town I need. It's close to restaurants and shopping, and I can just walk to the U of O in about 15 minutes.
