Sucks!!! This company gets the whole security deposit back from you. It charges for things that existed before in the apartment (like broken unused phone jack! or light cover!). It basically finds reasons to retain all your security deposit. Horrible company, horrible management. The apartment has old metal window frames ... and when you can hear how somebody pees upstairs in the bathroom....
We moved out leaving the apartment clean, vacuumed and they found reasons to retain almost the whole amount of our security deposits. This company simply rips you off...
