roomate and I just moved in and found the walls so thin i could hear the neighbors burp. we like that it is tucked up on the hill away from busy streets. the parking is so strange, because we were given a parking stall at the other end of the complex-we haul our groceries in the rain. we heard that there are car break ins so that concerns us. office staff ok and the guy who maintains the place is very helpful. i think we will be ready to move at end of lease.
