Generally the people that live here are young and naive about sounds. If thats ok with you then its cool for the most part.
The management is nice until you move out, my roommate and I spent days cleaning our apt, they give you a checklist and even paint to touch up your walls. which is great until you do the move out inspection. They charge for things that weren't broken or our fault. but I hear thats not so unsual.
I wouldn't recommend it unless you're a HARD sleeper, but there are worse places.
