I enjoy the quiet, peaceful environment. I come home from work and it is so restful. The interiors reflect a well planned design. The underground parking with the elevator to my 3rd floor is awesome! There is no place in Eugene like this. I get a free newspaper everyday; a courtesy of the property owners. The management staff is friendly and helpful. This is a green community and everything has been planned to cause the least amount of affect to the environment. The trash rooms are clean (one on each floor) and they hold containers for recycling and a shoot for the trash. I would recommend it to my friends and have done so! Anxiously awaiting the shops and restuarants on the 1st level! LOVE IT!
