Horrible Management!

I am moving back to Eugene from Arizona and had lived at Foresthills in the past, so decided to apply there. I sent my rental application and screening fee and then I never heard from them again. I have left numerous emails and voice mails with no response. Very unprofessional! I have had to put a stop payment on my check. At this point I would rather live on the streets than rent from these people.
