Review for Mckenna Estates Apartments

At first glance, this seems like a nice place to live. Very spacious floor plans, etc. However, the management here has treated us horribly. When we moved in, we found that the previous tenants had damaged both the phone line, cable, and electrical lines by customizing and adding on to them. When we had these serious problems repaired, the management first agreed to pay for the repairs, then later handed us the bills saying that it wasn't their responsibility. Yes the apartments are spacious, but not in a usefull way. The grounds are not well kept, there is NO grass, no pool, only a run down tennis court. They might tell you that they will accept and hold packages for you to pick up, but after a while we were told they would no longer do this and gave no good reason for the change. When we tried to debate our issues we were not granted communication with the ever mysterious owner, and the management said all these decisions were his. We were also told the owner likes to handle things in a professional manner. How is this so???
