Review for Mckenna Estates Apartments

Sounds like the last review was written by the manager himself. What a loser! A kid who would like to be in college and would like to think he knows the first thing about managing but doesn't. My little sister could do a better job. The manager has a foul mouth and drops the "f bomb" in public areas around the grounds to other employees while small children are present. If this place had better management, MAYBE it might have a fighting chance. This place is only counting on desperate college students to keep them afloat. The owner? Possibly the worse case of neglect to ones own property I can imagine. The owner obviously doesn't give a flying rats hinny about HOW his property is managed, only that he makes a buck. He could make a lot more if he would take the time to find a good manager. McKenna Estates has had over three managers in the last year. What does this tell you about the place? Each manger is worse than the next. Now they have junior running things. If it weren't costing me so much money from repairs, etc. it'd be funny that someone would actually hire this kid to manage anything. I would think he has a hard time manging his own day, let a lone an apaprtment complex. The mangement doesn't return calls, let alone even gets his messages. It's appauling. Things look ok from the outside, but don't be fooled. You rent here it'll not only coist you a ton in deposits, fees, repairs and trickery, it'll also be the worse time of your life in frustration dealing with a moron manger. STAY AWAY!
