Loud, Unclean

this place is loud, unclean and no management or repair person is ever available. When you can catch someone on grounds, they promise help and never show. But they are fast to threaten if you say you'll do it yourself. Don't do that, they will take it out of your deposit. Manangement is incompetant and has little or no experience which doesn't help matters. It's like living in the dorms again.
