Rented: From 2006 To 2007

This place is run by a horrible management company and has become a horrible place to live. McKenna Estates has always been a little rundown, but it made up for by being one of the only complexes near UO that felt like a real apartment complex and not an extension of student housing. Not anymore. Now it is rundown, overpriced, and extremely loud. In the year and a half since the new management took over, this place went from a dump with good neighbors to just a dump.
