Great Price For Lots Of Space

I have a few friends that are living in these townhouses and I'm excited to move in. They completly sold me on living here because they've lived here for a while and love it.
I was paying way too much money for my last place. These townhouses are huge, with big closets and a garage for less money than the little apartment I was renting.
The townhouses are a little older but the inside is very well kept with modern fixtures, nice floors, fresh paint etc. I was really impressed to see how new the inside looks.
I wish I would have found this place when I first moved to Eugene.
