Review for Rivertowne Apartments

We loved our apartment. Great location, noise wasn't too bad unless your windows were open, an awesome manager who took care of everything. It was perfect. Then the new management company took over. They are terrible, rude, greedy, selfish people who do not seem to know what they are doing. I had a friend who made a security deposit to move in. They gave the apartment to someone else and tried to keep the money. Make sure you get a written quote the first time you speak to them (if you are dumb enough to try) because they will tell you one thing then do another. And watch out for the mold at these apartments. It is terrible and the management does not care about your health. This apartment is listed at brightapartments.com.
