Review for Umbrella Properties Apartments

In addition to their leased rentals, Umbrella Properties owns and operates a number of RV parks, ski resorts and recreation areas. The corporate management of Umbrella Properties cares nothing for the tenants or guests.

When upper management changed the pet rules at their mobile home and RV parks, they gave all the non-permanent residents with pets that didn't comply with the new rules only 24 hours to get out (they later conceded to one week). Doesn't seem legal, does it? Well, since RV park residents are considered guests rather than tenants, we have no rights, and Umbrella Properties made that very clear. They treated us with contempt and disdain -- as though we were guilty of some crime because our pets didn't comply with their new rule.

I recommend avoiding all properties owned or operated by Umbrella Properties, including and especially Hoodoo Family Recreation and Hoodoo.com. No one should be treated with such disregard.
