Review for Umbrella Properties Apartments

I rented a duplex for 3 years(behind Fins Drive-In)from them. I literally spent days cleaning the unit from top to bottom. I had my wife, my cousin, my uncle and two of my aunts help. The place was spotless from top to bottom. Needless to say, Umbrella tried to fuck me out of my deposit, and claimed I owed them around $350. Well, since they had already fucked my brother when he moved out, I documented,with video, the cleanliness of the duplex, and when they tried to fuck me out of all my deposit and then some, I told the manager I would take their asses to small claims court. He agreed to drop a bunch of fees, but they still only gave me about $60 of my deposit back. Should have fucked them in court, but I had just started a new job and couldn't take off the time from work.

I would STRONGLY recommend that you think twice before renting from these slum-lords.
