Started out good, went downhill ( over a year ago )

Reviewed by: Anonymous
I've lived here for over three years and am just about done with my lease. When I first moved here, Chinook Way was under different management and everything about it was amazing and worth the money. The interior, the staff, the neighborhood -- everything. About a year into living here, the apartments went under a new company and policies changed. The staff remained the same, though. I didn't really notice much of a difference except there were a few different changes and construction began. Earlier this year, however, Jan (the old manager) left and new managers came in. That is when it went downhill. Jan was nothing but helpful, always considerate with something nice to say, and very good at what she did. The new managers are snotty, they have discriminated against my dog that has lived here with me for 3 years without complaint based on her breed, they do absolutely nothing about the noise levels (children running right by my windows screaming, TV's so loud I can hear what they're watching, stomping up and down stairs, etc.) Adam (the maintenance person) is the only person I enjoy talking with and working with. A few years ago, I'd recommend living here to everyone...now, I think the only thing this apartment has going for it is the neighborhood. It's pretty sad.

Great place to live but the raised rent forced us to move otherwise would have stayed longer. Great little town with a nice park.
