Apartment Review for Fairview Oaks/Woods

I would highly recommend all and everybody avoid this place at all costs. There are many better apartments around. The place is full of drug dealers, punk kids, and noisy people. There is no respect from anybody there.. and maintenance are too stoned to fix requested issues. Management will NOT give your security deposit back no matter what. The place can be spotless and the carpet can be 10 years old, but you will still get charged for it. Save yourself a boatload of issues and avoid this place... the management are much like the tenants there. Trash.
