Apartment Reviews for Rivergreens - Gladstone

I've lived here since the 1st of the year, and for the most part it's a great place to live.
The office staff turn over kind of sucks, I've talked to some longtime residents who tell me the owners of Rivergreens, go thought a lot of managers, but they tell me they all seem to be really good, so far I haven't had any problems.
Parking is great, never had one person park in my spot (which is better then the last place I lived, I was always having to call security or tow company)
Speaking of Security, when I first saw them I thought they wore the police, but I talked to a really nice (and cute) security guy who told me how calm and nice River Greens was.
Bottom Line, the rent is good, the staff is above average, the units are good, and the security seems nice.
The only real problem is the pool is a little nasty, be then again I'm not much of a swimmer.
