I lived at Alpine Meadows for two years. Excellent professional, personable and responsive onsite management and maintenance staff!! Very well maintained modern buildings, lanscaping and an all together attractive apartment community. Convenient location close to stores. Nice neighbors. Generous practical amenities which are well maintained. Reasonably priced, safe, and a comfortable convenient home for anyone. I can't say enough good things about Alpine Meadows!!!

Prior to being transferred to work in another town, I lived in Alpine Meadows for 7 years. With one or two small exceptions, I was always treated very fairly.
The office staff is friendly and professional.
The maintenance staff is excellent. When I had maintenance issues, they were repaired within 24 hours. The grounds always looked good.
The only significant item to be cautious about is car break-ins. My car has been broke into twice -with a loss of a stereo both times. I also had a pickup stolen (recovered a week later). I have observed my neighbors experiencing similiar losses. Don't leave valuables in your vehicle, and use a CLUB or car alarm.
Covered, reserved parking space was a very nice feature.
If I transfer back to Gresham, I would rent at Alpine Meadows again.
