The quality of the tenants and response to repair issues has really improved since the new managers moved in back in 2009. The cleaned up both the landscaping and the neighbors! The apartments are spacious and affordable. My only complaint would be that the lightbulbs burn out more quickly here than anywhere else I have lived!
