Kind of older and looks outdated.....but looks nice and clean. Office and maintenance nice and accomodating. Pretty cheap rent considering the area. Lots of parking. Hot tub is always broken lately. Will stay until I find a house. <P>

I've lived here for quite a few years now and don't have any plans on moving. The girls on the office and always nice and the maintenance crew is knowledgible. Grounds are clean and nicely groomed, good sound proofing, very quiet and reasonable prices. I've never had more than a $20 increase on rent when extending my stay. <P>

well the price here in oregon is pretty bad and i guess for the living expenses these apartments are pretty good. they are kinda cheap but i guess thats what you can expect for these old apartments the maintenance guys are sometimes moody but i guess it comes with the territory. and the managers have been pretty nice. only downside is the carpets are all white or off white

advantages:
- inexpensive
- nice floorplans
- vaulted ceiling, fire place, washer/dryer
- plenty parking
- close to shopping and highway
disadvantages:
- don't take credit cards
- jacuzzi closes early
- recycling doesn't always work
- took forever to get refund

When you make a maintenance request, be prepared to listen to irrational accusations.
