Apartment Review for Rock Creek Landing

Not all bad just most of it. We wanted a cheeper apt so we accepted one with out a view and got shoved up to the driveway. there has been construction going on for the last 6 monthes and people drive by my apt at 30 mph. Maintance is good prompt.
