Apartment Review for The Verandas At Hazel Grove

I've lived in "The Verandas" for several years now, with the unfortunate shift from Riverside to Tandem, the quality of life here has suffered decidedly. Not only must you fight to get repairs made, when you finally do get them moving the work is shoddy and late. My stove is on the same breaker as the dryer, when the stove shorted out shooting sparks 15 feet into the living room area it also killed the dryer. Took 5 days and 3 false starts for them to do anything about it. It finally took the head of maintenance getting shocked on his willie to finally get the stovetop replaced (It's doing the same thing again) during which time we had no way to do laundry or cook. When I asked about it I was basically scoffed at and told that they "don't know anything about it".
They lost a package with over $300 of motorcycle parts and while signed in it was never signed out. Since then they NO LONGER TRACK PACKAGES, check them in or out. Another time I noticed that another package of mine they couldn't locate happened to be tucked under a desk. Odd that.
Recently they "inspected" my apartment and garages EVERYDAY FOR SEVEN DAYS! Worse? They ENTERED MY GARAGE AND STOLE TWO EMPTY DIVE TANKS under the auspices that compressed air is somehow flammable.

No really. FLAMMABLE AIR!

Nearly a month and I still don't have my tanks back. They have since come up with some random "late fee" (originally called unpaid utilities on the notice) that they can't attribute to anything but demand that I pay; retaliation is illegal I wonder if Amanda (manager) knows that?

Do yourself a favor, DON NOT MOVE IN HERE.
