Apartment Review for West Main At The Park

The Current Owner is a Slumlord. Section 8 Residence aren't promitted to apply which is in violation or Oregon Law. the Better business bureau needs to look into the owners activities, the landlord is unable to preform his duties because of the owner. THE IRS NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THE OWNER SPENDING ASAP!!!

DO NOT APPLY TO THIS APPARTMENT COMPLEX, UNTIL THE OWNERSHIP CHANGES!

I am a renter here, and the garbage isn't taken care of timely. the maintenence is only completed thanks to the landlord using equiptment from unused appartments due to the Owner squandering the rent payments. These appartments have washers and dryers in unit, which would be a selling point for them... However the complex and appartments are in a state of disrepair. Would you live in a garbage dump if it came at $700+ with a washer and dryer?

I am warning anybody who is in need of housing, look elsewhere...Please.
