I love this place. Nice and quiet. The location could be a bit more convenient (it's a stretch to downtown and LO proper, but not too far) but Trader Joes, a corner market, cafe, and schools are all close by. The only things I would do differently are update the old washer/dryers and dishwashers as they can be loud and inefficient... allow dogs... increase the number of stepping stones so you don't have to slosh in the mud to the sidewalk... and increase the size of the parking spots. The staff are so nice and maintenance so helpful. I give it a hearty 4.5 out of 5.
