I just moved in a couple of months ago and my experience has only been positive. I was a little weary at first after reading the other comments, but decided to rent here anyway because of the great condition of the apartments and the overall professionalism of the office staff. Just last week I called to report that my washing machine broke down, and the maintenance guy was at my place in less than 30 minutes.

I lived here for 1 1/2 years in a down-stairs unit. It was a very bad place to live, the manager is a very rude and nasty man to deal with. I would not recomend this complex to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! It is like liveing in ****. You will not like it here. The turn over is very high and they have a lot of empty apartments in this complex. The manager gives you a reserved parking space and everyone eles will use it. They will not return any of your phone calls, LIBERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP JUST DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS RENTERS. STARY AWAY, PLEASE.

Although I have lived here for four years, I feel the need to sound off. I have had little problems here. Maintenance has always been quick and friendly. For the most part its been quiet with the exception of the upstair neighbors past and present. As the downstairs renter listening to the upstairs neighbors its like elephants tromping around.....People upstairs throwing stuff around sounds like heavy equipment falling down and sooo forth. I was on a one year lease and after two years the management informed me that they wouldn't renew our lease without any reason when asked. Now that I have lived here for four years I have just received a 30 day notice to vacate the apartment. After asking once more for reason they simply told me "well its better than a vacate the apartment with cause". Now I have never been late on rent and have never had any complaints, so be leary of the management of this great looking apartment complex! <P>
Oue apartment is clean and the grounds are well-kept. However, we have found something that has become a major problem to us is the neighborhood cats. The the manager will not keep the cats (there is a "no-cats policy") under control and the local kitties are using our flower bed right next to our front door as a litter box. The smell is HORRIBLE! We have asked for this problem to be resolved since last summer!! They have trapped the cats but then they release the cats they have caught. They have not solved the problem in a year.
