Apartment Reviews for The Bluffs - Milwaukie

EVERY place raises your rent after you resign a lease. They are just being competitive in the market and you shouldn't hold that against them. I pay $700 for a 2 bedroom (900 sq ft) at the bluffs and NEVER have I lived in a nicer apartment for the price. Not to mention that this is the first place I've been with an onsite Maintenance staff that actually fixes your problems. Our lease is up in January and we are already looking for a new place (planning ahead) and NONE of the dozens of places even compare to the bluffs. I'm talking disrespectful kids throwing footballs at your car, dog feces and garbage all over the ground, menacing characters (neighbors) hanging around in the parking lot after dark, Driveways and parking lots not even paved. Most likely loud parties every night or weekend, Mattresses and furniture dumped wherever(management doesn't care to clean it up). Seriously, the Bluffs could be A LOT WORSE. Living here has been a real treat and we will be sad to leave. What your paying in rent is more than fair, whether you think so or not.
