I have lived here for 2months and love it. My apartment faces the pool..yes there is day noise but at night they inforce the quite policy. I own a convertable and leave the top down..have never had anyone mess with it. Yes there are extras to pay for but thats your choice if you want to or not. Management it TERRIFFIC if its broke, its fixed that day or first thing next day. Trees and frogs I love it.
