As I should, I am going to have a review here, rather than listening to the vile statements of past tenants here.
I have been in this complex since May of 2002, so you could say that I have been here long enough to point out some of the things that new management has done here.
I can now look at my windows and see beautiful lawns, clean garden beds, and some wonderful people. Let me tell you though, that it was not always like this. The past management here kept deplorable conditions, and even pretty much blackmailed me when I moved in. Rent the place as is, or pay 180 for them to clean it! There was dog excrement all over the courtyard lawns, not to mention out front, and in the summer or warmer days it reeked!! No longer though.
I had several things that needed fixing when the new management arrived, and these repairs had been on the table for a few years. Within a few weeks however, everything that I was needing done was completed, and I even got a brand new deadbolt on my door.
Kevin and Angela have done well here, and I can tell you this, because I too was an apartment manager for over 40 years. I have seen it all, trust me.
People do need to realize that there are going to be things that need to be addressed repair wise, because the building has been around now for over 40 years, and things are going to happen people!
I am now getting to the age where I don't want to have to worry about things being dangerous around me. If that was the case today, I can honestly say that I am very safe, secure, and happy with my home here.
On a side note though, I do wish to point out the posts that are so aggressive in nature towards management here. I think rational people would be able to tell that someone is just upset that they were made to leave. If past tenants are going to write reviews here, then so be it, but no reason to bash people over and over again. It can be truly seen through vile posts who starts the drama here. First of all, please let me state at this time, that I am very happy here. I have also lived at this property now for more than 20 years and have seen the bad and good of everything involved. I do have to thank Kevin and Angela for their tireless efforts here. For 16 years, I watched the old management here leave things un repaired, and left for the tenant to take care of. When I moved in here, the units were also being rented "as is" with no cleaning and or repairs being made before the unlucky people moved in. Since Kevin and Angela have been here, when people move out, the apartments are turned correctly, painted, and new appliances if needed. I for one (as well as other tenants here)praise Kevin for his attitude in dealing with downright NASTY people I agree with Jim on another point of his post. You two keep doing what you are doing. The place looks and feels GREAT!!!
Word to the wise to customers looking to rent here. If you are here to cause problems with other tenants, party, or cause the living environment to be stress filled, then this DEFINITELY is not the place for you. Again, my personal thanks goes out to Angela and Kevin, this tenant loves what you are doing here in cleaning the place out of the undesirable people of this world.

I don't understand why that two tenants that were constantly giving issues to the management don't really know why they are kicked out! I myself have lived here for 25 years now, and Kevin and Angela have really saved the place, and made it a secure environment for ALL of us to live in! I for one, as most of us here at the complex THANK GOD that Kevin and Angela are now here! Keep it up you two, knowing that you no longer put up with things here the way they were allowed to SPEAKS VOLUMES.

Don't let the rantings of the people that have left here keep you away. I'm sure that if you step on property you would be at home in the complex.
