Rosewood Terrace seems to be a nice little community other than the trouble makers, drunk and drug trafficking. I have friends who live there and attempted to fill out an application, But wasn't able to do so because the manager was never in the office. Maintenance was very helpful to get me into contact with management. However, I'm still having trouble contacting the manager. She seems to ignore all my calls. I believe this is a NWRECC property and have friends who have had problems with other NWRECC propertys around Oregon as well with management being lazy.
I'd like to try to move in here, But it seems to be very difficult.

I have been planning on applying at rosewood terrace, is this place really that bad?? The outside of the property looks great, but I am not into living around a bunch of tweakers and druggies, is this really how it is. I would feel very afraid living with that kind of activity. I was told by one tenant that the inside of the apt are pretty nice and roomy,the lady was outside smoking when I drove up and the office was closed so I could not speak to anyone. Please someone let me know if this is not a good thought for me to even apply to rent there.... Carla
I hate the dump and would rather live in my car, but I have no car so I am stuck in this dump drug infested hole. Drug users all over this complex and also people who snoop. It is the worst complex in Oregon as far as I am concerned and as for management, they could care less what goes on here as long as they get and keep their standards on the outside looking good, but its all a scam and a big hole
