Cyan Pdx offers beautiful west-facing apartments that have plenty of natural light and views of the sunset. The building is a stroll away from the scenic Willimette River waterfront and several parks including Ira Keller Fountain and Terry Schrunk Plaza. Portland State University is minutes away and many well-rated schools populate the neighborhood, including St. Mary's Academy, The International School, and The Northwest Academy. Grocery shopping is easy with Natural Mart on the same block, Marina Market close by, and Safeway less than half a mile from the building. Tenants have been content with the urban-chic design of the apartments, yet a few reviewers dislike the price of rent and some feel management could be more cooperative.
