Apartment Review for 5819 Apartments

What more could you not ask for?

There have been used needle found in the stair well, apartment staff notified, no action taken. I don't even think they have a blood pathogen protocol. At times the stair well and hallways smell like urine. the office staff is pretty rude; especially when you call to report any of the above. Jaimie is a complete female blank and Marie is pretty fake and rude. they feel the need to enter you apartment at least once a month...seriously; they did that for like 7 months straight. either that or there is something being repaired around the apartment and plenty of noise. parking is terrible if you get home after 11pm, you'll most likely park on the street a block or three away and walk in the cold, rain and/or dark and hopefully you don't have multiple bags to bring in or you'll end up making multiple trips in the above condition. Some of the tenants that moved out complained of theft of bikes and car break ins...well there is a covered "secured" garage however for the last 2-3 months the garage door has been broken and so it remains open at ALL times. I don't pay to park there. If I did I would be peeved because what's the point of secured? why not just park in the lot if you get a spot and not put the extra $100 or so dollars. And last but not the least if you love the smell of weed and cigarettes in the hallways and stairwells of a smoke free apartment then this is the place for you.
