Review for Laurelwood Apartments

I've lived at this place for years. The neighborhood is great, my neighbors are quiet, and the rent is cheap. However, the complex itself isn't in the best of shape. It was poorly constructed, and the latest owner doesn't seem to be as concerned about upkeep as the previous one. Also, when I moved in, the place was officially pet free. There were always a few cats running around, but the place is crawling with free-range animals now.

Incidentally, the first reviewer seems to have confused this complex for another one. There are no clawfoot tubs, and it isn't near downtown. It's practically in Beaverton, and will soon be annexed by the city.
