Review for Markana Apartments

When I moved in 8 months ago I noticed a container on a post for "dog waste", I thought it indicated the management company was trying to help with the usual problem that dog walkers leave, 'dog s_ _t'. I was wrong, the SAME bags of dog waste that were in the container are still there, the top plastic bags waving when the wind blows. Of course this summer the spell when driving or walking by was terrible.

Yes, the apartment was dirty and the carpet was worn and spotted. It needed replaced. Like so many others, being allowed to walk through the same day you arrive with your things it is too late to go any where else.

Leaves are allowed to gather at the bottom of stairs so when it rains we have a slippery mess to try to jump over trying to get to our cars.

The manager REFUSES to allow UPS or Fed EX or any of the other delivery services to leave our packages in the office like every other mangers office does. So we have to be inventive trying to get our packages or risk having them left by our door. We can't figure out what she does with her time she is seldom in the office but comes out of her apartment when we use the red phone.

Now we are being asked to allow our water to drip when the tempature drops to the low 30's so they will not have problems. They should have thought of that when they started charging us for water use. If they want to pay my water bill I will let the water drip!
