It's one block from the streetcar and near a bus line. All studios except a one bedroom in the basement.
Old building so the floors creak a lot. My apartment had mould, had to throw wood furniture away when I moved out.
When I moved in, the fridge was broken, but was replaced with a brand new one within a day.
Homless like to go through the garbage, even though there are locks, people don't lock them after throwing away their garbage.
Off street parking is good, also most of the time there is on street parking within a block of the building.
Large storage in basement if you want to store things, and its cheep.
Right inbetween the Pearl and NW neighborhoods. It's a great location. Not too much traffic on the roads around the apartment, so its pretty quiet.
