Review for The Commons Apartments

The Commons Apartments is 2 blocks from 60th St. MAX, and 1 block from #19 and #71 bus routes. I do not own a car, and love being near public transit. There is a community room where people gather for coffee or visiting. 80% of heads of household are supposed to be people 55 or better, but this is not always true. If management can't fill 80% with senior adults, they will fill up with younger people. Generally people are quiet. I have lived here 5 1/2 years and if living conditions remain as they are, I will probably live here many more years. I am 66 years young.
