This place is not as bad as it is made out to be. The fact of the matter is Division has become pretty bad at night and the crime rate in the area has gone up OFCOURSE that is going to spill over into the surrounding community. Compared to alot of places in the area Arbor View is alot better than most. I have nice stuff and I have never had an issue with anyone stealing from me. And when ever I had an issue the staff have been very helpful and friendly. I am buying a very nice condo in Beaverton but if I ever need to rent again ill be coming back to Arbor View where I know I will be welcome :)
