Apartment Review for Ascot Firs

Well seeing as how we JUST got a new live in manager in Febuary here and there have been nice new comments on this place..i wonder who there from! the posts of this place being nice and clean and affordable are FAKE..where to start for one
NICE_ Noone in here besides 5-6 houses speak any ENGLISH so on the weekends here its like a mexican fiesta threw the walls,EVEN if u wanted something fixed in your place the forms are NEVER there, BUT the guy that does fix Your apartments is the sweetest guy ever that is the ONLY good thing i have to say about this place
SAFE_ in the end of december w our previous manager here there was a guy coming in w a gun threatening people cuz someone robbed him and he kept coming back and cops wouldnt do anything....AND the parking lot in here is a 1 entrance and all the people come FLYING down the drive way to where they have almost hit my husband when hes driving SLOW to get in here I cant even Let our child play outside because people come FLYING down the drive way.
AFFORDABLE- a two bedroom with NO backyard whatsoever puts you back about 760. from what ive been told ALL rent is going up a 100 so two's will soonb be 860, if youd like to have a CAT or DOG in this place its an extra 30 a month with your rent so if your 460 SQUARE FOOT one bedroom will be over 700 dollars a month! FOR A 460 SQUARE FOOT PLACE.

We've had THREEE managers in the past year. the last one was fired for Not putting rents in correctly failing to do maitenece and couldnt do her job in general..this new manager is trying to"Fix the place up" and make it a non smoking complex cuz she isnt a smoker...She may seem nice and friendly..but thats all just a show...in all.. PLEASE do not waste your time renting here. i and SEVERAL others that live here will NOT be renewing our lease's and NEVER telling people to rent here...PLEASE dont waste your time and money on this place...If you DO you diserve to get taken for all your money cuz belive me this place sure will.. id rather live in a cracker box on SANDY BLVD then here..atleast id be paying what the place is worth!
