We will miss the Granada Court ( over a year ago )

My husband and I have rented from Bristol Equities for over 7 years(two different locations). At both the Vintage Apartments and the Granada Court we liked the charm and character of our studios and one bedroom. We live at the Granada now and find it to be an exceptional place to live. Friendly, animal loving neighbors who often gather out in the courtyard for bonfires or other get togethers.
Older apartments do come with their challenges. Our kitchen's electrical set up is questionable. If we have more than one appliance on the entire electrical box shuts down. Our appliances are old and outdated and suck up energy but work.
I would highly suggest living at the Granada or the Vintage if you want to be close in to Downtown Portland.
