Dawson Park Apartments are close to everything Portland has to offer and if you can not walk to where you want to be the apartments are close to public transportation. This is a secure community. Visitors can contact you to be let in. Dawson Park is right across the street and it is a nice park. Inside the space is even better with larger windows and large closets~ light and bright.

The manager has gotten rid of most of the bad tenants. Nice, mostly quite place to live. Just ignore the odor coming from 104s door, im sure there is a shower in there somewhere....

this gal is a bibolar & coke sex addict who does nooner hook ups w male tenants. she keeps being fired over & over again: income property mangagment, then pinnacle, yet hired now she's at Fairview Apts in Gresham. this chick is slick talks a GOOOOD LINE KNOWS ALL THE REAL ESCARE SCAMS IS REALLY PROFICIENT AT INVENTING EXCUSES TO WITHHOLD DEPOSIT$. WHAT SHE DOES IS POSITIVELLY CRIMINAL. SHE SHOULD BE BANNED FROM PROPERTY MANAGMENT IN OREGON.
we have had 5 managers in 4 years. They try to keep it up but it doesn't work always.
