Apartment Review for Emerald Park Apartments

I have had the misfortune to live here for a few years due to lack of job stability/funds to move elsewhere. I have lived in apartments all of my life. This place is, by far, the worst complex I've ever lived in!

With the exception of one manager (keep in mind these aren't onsite managers, and we've gone through close to 20 since we've lived here) none of the management has ever really put any effort in here. They don't enforce rules, pay attention to complaints, or take anyone seriously.

Like any apartment advertisement this place looks ok from the ads. It's not.

This is the type of complex that I would suspect Jerry Springer would troll to find his guest line up! Rude, aggressive, and disrespectful tenants.

One manager has a breed restriction on dogs, the next ignores it. One manager loves cats, the next *LITERALLY* sets out TRAPS to catch them.

I have watched drug transactions in the middle of the parking lot in broad day light more times than I'd care to. The cops are here usually about 3 times a week.

On top of everything...the drugs, the noise, etc... most of the people who have managed this place have seen it (and I've seen them see it), and done NOTHING!

If it's between you living here, and living on the street...spend your rent money on a tent, and stay sane!
