Actually not as bad people say. ( over a year ago )

A lot of people don't like it here, but it's a nice place to live. I feel safe. Parking is expensive, but that's the same all over Portland anyways. Yeah there may be occurrences of vandalism but it's always painted over soon, and recently there has been a lack of it. Idiots will be idiots, just ignore them. It's a big building and no one is harmed. I've never had a problem with the staff or maintenance crew. Noise level just depends who your neighbors are. Some are loud, some are quiet. I've lived next to quieter apartments these two years. And you can always buy earplugs! The bedrooms themselves are pretty big, bigger than a dorm room. Only a few apartments don't have balconies. Internet is free and I haven't had any problems. The rent for a two bedroom is a good price with a roommate.

Really? Living here was horrible. There are so many things to complain about I'm having trouble thinking of somewhere to start. first off the wall are paper thin and you can hear everything thats happening around you, I lived near some stairs and every night there would be people running up and down them. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night ALL THE TIME!! (I really must stress the fire alarm issue because it was ridiculous) there was no where to park, and when friends came over the usually got a parking ticket. The internet never worked. The living areas are too small, and expensive, the laundry room were never cleaned and expensive. In my opinion, it wasn't the fault of the management it was the people who lived there that made it unbearable. They were loud, dirty, drunk, college idiots. If you like to party in a decent looking place then live here other wise find somewhere else. Again the fire alarms SUCKb and the elevator was insanley slow

There has been an exterior door with a broken lock for as long as I've lived here. I told them about it at one point, and instead of properly fixing it, they replaced a part cheaply and loosely screwed it in; it wasn't long before that was gone. Anybody can get in, and has.

There is no street parking available and you have to pay out the butt to get a parking spot in the garage (which anybody who can get into the building can access, whether they have a car or not). Also, the gates to the garage are often broken and sitting open; if these are the case, what's the point of paying for a "secure" garage?

Their internet access is slow, inconstant and restricted. It is not working just about as often as it is. In addition, they choke back everybody's bandwidth and prevent access to a good number of websites and ports, including any P2P programs and online games.

Very cozy, like a dorm but bigger. comes with a dishwasher and a huge closet where another roomate could live.
