My wife and I lived at Kalani for a couple years and liked it there! It's within walking distance to a lot of businesses and restaurants, which helps if you don't own a car. The manager and maintenance woman were always helpful and had a smile for you in the parking lot, which is rare these days!! My only complaints were the apartments were small and old. No hook ups but there is a laundry room. Our family outgrew the apartment, but we did enjoy our time there.

I've lived at Kalani for several years and have never had a huge issue. The one bedrooms are kinda small, but cute. It's an older building so loud noise can travel and mold has grown in my bathroom, but as far as the staff goes, I have never had a problem. The property is always clean, maintenance problems were always taken care of, and I have never been "lied" to by the manager. They do require renter's insurance here, but it's pretty cheap to get.
