Apartment Review for Marcella Apartments

I moved to the Marcella about 6 weeks ago and am truly unhappy with the building, the management and location of the building - I moved from out of state and had to find something quickly so picked this place b/c it was supposed to be a nice neighborhood.
Since then, I am awoken every morning by waste management trucks at 4am that pick up from caffe mingo EVERY day - there are constantly homeless people rummaging through the dumpster.
I have had 2 packages stolen from my doorstep since I moved in 6 weeks ago - there are theives in the building and capital property management essentially to go to ****. I now have to wait out the 10.5 months left on my lease worrying that my neighbors are stealing from me and being awoken 4 am - the price is too high to put up with this place.
