Surrounding area isn't bad though I wouldn't reccommend going for a walk late at night. Management is nice and friendly! HUGE PLUS! However, my only real complaint is the people who live next to us smoke on the balcany and it leaks into our kitchen and the smell lingers for hours later.

I love the location (right on 122nd). The management and staff is very friendly and on top of things. My only complaint is that there are 5 people living above me and they seem to like to do Tae-Bo at midnight or so (or maybe not). They are just loud. That is all.
