The walls are thin and the managers turn over quite frequently. Expect to see a pristine, well-maintained lawn and a filthy laundry room. Though this is a non-smoking property, people freely smoke in front of the building (or on the back stairs) and have no shame about it. You can make as much noise as you want here, including slamming doors at all hours of the day and night.
